CASH is the only acceptable method of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation, please call at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time to rebook your appointment. We will gladly offer an alternative time for your consideration. However, if we do not receive this notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
LATENESS POLICY
Clients
You have 30 minutes grace period for your massage. If you arrive at your location within 30 minutes of the appointed time, there will be no additional charges. Anything beyond 30 minutes will be taken off the time of the massage. (If you are not present within 30 minutes of your appointment time, the therapist will have to leave, and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.)
Therapists
Kindly allow a 30-minute grace period on their arrival time. If they are late beyond 30 minutes, you are entitled to receive 15% discount on your next massage.
EVALUATION
It is recommended that you complete a customer feedback form to provide us with your suggestions and comments regarding our services and massage therapist/spa technician. This is to improve and ensure that we provide the highest quality service available in mobile massage industry.
CONSIDERATIONS
We require access to water and electricity for our hot stone massage. Should you require hotel/office service please advice hotel/office management.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to refuse potential clients in cases deemed necessary by the management.

Prior to booking our massage and spa services, please take a moment to read and understand our client waiver carefully. Booking an appointment with Spabulous Massage and Spa thereby acknowledges that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions therein.
