Reservation Policy 
Reservations may be made 7 days a week. We recommend at least 1-3 months (depending on season) advance notice for spa parties and corporate events. Last minute appointments are sometimes available. Reservations may be made by calling 0917.5060420.

At the time of booking your spa party, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% with a printed copy of the Spabulous Spa Party Reservations Policies and Guidelines Acknowledgement Form (see attached), returned to us not later than one week before the date of your event. The bank details will be provided to you upon confirmation of your booking. This will guarantee your reservation with us. 

You are required to provide in advance the number of people in your party and what package or service(s) each guest would like to receive. A few days before your event, we will contact you to go over any modifications and finalize the details. You will then be provided with a work breakdown schedule and informed of the total number of hours allotted for your party.

Our therapists/specialists will arrive approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to set up the spa space so it's perfect for you and your guests. The services will begin at the time indicated on your submitted form until the allotted time. It is important that your guests arrive on time to enjoy all services booked. Please inform our coordinator should you request for a time extension. Our services are in high demand and are often booked days in advance. Please allow for flexibility in your request. 

Final payment is due on the day of the spa party. Please remember you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the spa party. Any individual service(s) in excess of the package inclusions shall be charged accordingly. 

A destination fee applies when venue is outside of our service area. The fee depends on the location. 

Cancellation Policy 
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment, please call 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to rebook your appointment. We will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date. Please make sure that all spa party guests are aware of this policy. 

Guidelines 
1. A room or area spacious enough to accommodate your guests, our staff and our equipment is necessary. This room or area should be well-ventilated and well-lighted. 
2. It is advised that the designated room or area have easy access to the comfort room. 
3. Our services will require the use of electricity, convenience outlets and water. 
4. Since each person will be having several services, there will be a waiting period for your guests as they receive each service depending on the number of guests. You may need to provide means of entertainment (reading materials, television, games, etc.), offer food and/or drinks or just chat with them as they wait for their turn. 
5. It is essential that your guests arrive on time especially if your venue is available for a limited time only.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. If you are pleased with your services, it is customary to give gratuity to your massage therapist or spa specialist.

Note!!! 
Our massage therapists and spa specialists uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggested remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.

There are a few medical conditions that are not compatible with massage or spa sessions – high or low blood pressure; serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; infectious diseases or skin conditions; open wound, broken or inflamed skin or tumors; cancer or tuberculosis; high temperature or fever; taken alcohol or mood altering drugs; fractures or dislocations; any recent injuries, accidents or surgery to the body or current treatment for a serious medical condition. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns prior to your massage/spa services. 

If pregnant, please state prior to your session. 

Our massage therapist or spa specialist will refuse or terminate a session if: there are any medical conditions described above not mentioned at the time of reservation, broken skin or lesions, misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments, intoxication.
